About Us

hands at a typewriter

We are two individuals trying to help everyday people change the world.

Having both recently graduated from the University of Miami with a Master of Professional Science, we hope to use our passion for environmental protection in combination with our career experiences and connections to further the general public's knowledge of and care for our world.

This website is intended to explore many environmental problems now affecting the inhabitants of planet earth, which includes us humans too. We will be seeking to gather important statistics, opinions, and observations from all walks of life, and endeavor to objectively educate ourselves on what is true and false. We will also endeavor to strengthen the connection and communication between science and the public. The public must understand science, and science must understand the public if we are all going to try to work together.  There is no more time to waste. Follow us. Join in the conversation. Ask questions, express your opinions, post relevant media, or research on environmental issues, and help generate discussions. Let’s learn together, and perhaps discover what is truthful information, and what is either false or highly exaggerated information. Let’s see what is possible and how each of us may contribute in some fashion. Help us get others involved so we may exponentially grow our numbers and potential influence. This is your personal invitation. The door is wide open.

A few preliminary notes about our website:

WE ARE NOT scientists, professors, teachers, or PHD’s. We are not media correspondents, and we are not affiliated with any political party, business organizations, or interest groups. WE ARE  ADVOCATES FOR CHANGES we believe must be made considering the adverse impacts and consequences of climate change. WE ARE NOT performing independent scientific experiments, analyzing or evaluating existing scientific data or conclusions, or CREATING new scientific data for you.

WHAT WE ARE DOING is researching and reviewing a lot of information pertaining not only to climate change, but as many other environmental issues as we can identify. We are not only reviewing peer-reviewed science papers and statistical data and opinions from the world’s most renowned environmental organizations, but we are also reviewing journals, news and magazine articles, televised programs and interviews from different sources, and social media commentary. We also will be incorporating audio and video interviews with scientists, teachers, students, politicians, interest groups, members of the public, and perhaps most importantly, individuals who have lived through and been affected by environment related events. We are also soliciting written comments from our members and readers that we can either incorporate into our articles or ascertain whether the individual(s) might be interested inwriting an article for us.

OUR MOST IMPORTANT GOALS are to help inform and educate our readers on what is happening to the environment around the globe and to provide commentary on many of the issues; to build our readership and reach as many people as we can to join our grassroots campaign to build a strong presence and make our voices loud enough for our politicians and lawmakers to take notice; and help strengthen the bridge and lessen communication gaps between science and the public to promote greater understanding, interaction, appreciation, respect and cooperation between scientists and the public. We also will endeavor to combat disinformation and appeal to as many of the other amazing environmental groups doing fantastic work, to join hands with us to help build a massive presence.
